BO-beau Kitchen + Bar's chef Katherine Humphus, who was recently named head of the Cohn's BO-beau kitchen + rooftap in Long Beach is a San Diego native who trained in Paris, earning Le Grand Diplome in cuisine and pastry from Le Cordon Bleu. The executive chef has also logged time at Wylie Dufresne's WD-50 in Manhattan and The French Laundry with Thomas Keller.
