Thanksgiving Options for Dine-In or Takeout in San Diego

Skip the cooking and cleaning this holiday

View as Map

Thanksgiving will be looking different this year but rest assured, restaurants are still gearing up to make turkey day a delicious holiday. Choices include take-away meals, including one with a special chef collaboration, or options for dining on the premises with additional safety precautions. Advance reservations are required regardless of whether you’ll be ordering to eat at home or eating out so plan accordingly.

Some restaurants have resumed or begun outdoor and limited indoor seating, while others continue to offer takeout and/or delivery only. This should not be taken as endorsement for on-site dining, as there are still safety concerns: for updated information on coronavirus cases in your area, please visit the County of San Diego website. Studies indicate that there is a lower exposure risk when outdoors, but the level of risk involved with patio dining is contingent on restaurants following strict social distancing and other safety guidelines.
