Yes, San Diego Restaurant Week is back again for its 13th annual edition. The first run of the twice-yearly event returns this Sunday, January 15 and continues through Sunday, January 22. With over 180 restaurants participating and offering prix fixe menus for lunch and/or dinner, now's the time to catch a deal at a pricier spot, revisit a neighborhood gem, or check out a new-to-you eatery; we've parsed the list and picked out a selection of 10 solid new restaurants that emerged onto the dining scene in 2016.
