For a night out on the town, treat mom and the family to dinner with delightful eats like bricked Cornish game hen, seasonal vegetable risotto or a handcrafted pizza. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. and dinner will be served from 5 - 9 p.m.

Moms who visit Sirena on May 8 will be eating free, while everyone else can take advantage of a three-course prix fixe menu for just $44. Choices include Mexican orange flan and sautéed berries for dessert. The Lomo Saltado – a main course of beef tenderloin with parsley, chile, soy sauce, red onions, and tomatoes - is a highlight. On Mexican Mother’s Day (May 10), Sirena will give a 20 percent discount to all guests in addition to a free dessert for mom.

Available Sunday, May 8, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. the Shores’ Mother’s Day Brunch Buffet costs $52 per person with special pricing for children. Vinavanti is turning their monthly Cellar School class into a celebration of bubbly on May 8, when mother daughter duos can come for brunch (11 a.m. – 3 p.m.) then learn about the differences between Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, and natural sparkling wines (one of Vinavanti’s specialties). Ken Irvine’s Mother’s Day brunch menu is priced at $49 per person and includes a roster of suitably French-inspired fare such as quiche maison, and a classic “onglet” steak served with Béarnaise sauce. Brunch concludes with a selection of desserts, including mousse au chocolat, pain d’épice and profiteroles. Specialty lavender mimosas and Bloody Mary’s made with imported French vodka will be priced at $8 each. Served 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
