Pasadena roastery Copa Vida, whose significant presence in San Diego includes cafes in the East Village, San Marcos, Sorrento Valley, and Carlsbad, just opened its latest location at the Kilroy Centre Del Mar.

The company is establishing a significant presence in the Carmel Valley area; its first outpost landed at Merge Carmel Valley in 2018 and a third spot is headed for the Torrey Ridge neighborhood at 10578 Science Center Drive.

Open from 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, this branch features multiple outdoor patios and will have a new food menu focusing on portable, handheld items. The full range of coffee and tea drinks features recently-added signature beverages like the Nitro Oat Milk and Golden Chai lattes.

And Copa Vida will be part of the impressive lineup coming to UC San Diego’s new North Torrey Pines Living and Learning Neighborhood, whose incoming tenants include Plant Power Fast Food, Tahini, and restaurants offering ramen and Chinese food.
