Bottlecraft and Communal Coffee Coming to Oceanside

They’ll be part of the new Tremont Collective development

A new mixed-use project joining the booming Oceanside scene will bring some familiar names from the local hospitality industry to North County. The 13,000-square-foot Tremont Collective, formerly a trio of auto repair garages, is halfway through construction and scheduled to be up and running by Summer 2021. Well-established bottle shop Bottlecraft will occupy one of the spots, and will include a full kitchen, and popular all-day eatery/flower shop Communal Coffee is expanding beyond its locations in North Park and South Park.

Located just south of Downtown Oceanside just a few blocks from the ocean, Tremont Collective’s other tenants will include Al Fresko, which creates trendy “graze boards” for takeout and events, as well as lifestyle apparel store Brixton, an outdoor spin studio, and a surf shop.

The warehouse conversion is by FABRIC, the developer behind Lofty Coffee’s current base in Little Italy and State Street Commons, the upcoming Carlsbad complex that will house OC transplant Nick’s Restaurant and another outpost of Lofty Coffee.

On top of leasable office space, the Oceanside complex also has a 4,000-square-feet patio, where outdoor movies, live music, and other events will be part of the programming.
