Bonchon, the global company specializing in Korean fried chicken, has launched a campaign to raise funds for the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation’s Restaurant Employee Relief Fund (RERF), which provides grants to restaurant industry workers impacted by COVID-19.

A new online shop, created in partnership with Threadless, is now selling limited edition Bonchon-designed swag, including $59.99 Bucketfeed brand slip-on sneakers decorated with fried chicken as well as Bonchon-themed socks and face masks, with all proceeds going toward the fund.

The chain, which has an outpost on Convoy Street that’s still operating for takeout and delivery, tells Eater that it’s planning to another location in National City by late May/early June with more locations promised for San Diego.
