Vietnamese eatery Pho Ca Dao & Grill, which operates seven locations throughout San Diego, is launching a meal program this week that means to give back to the dedicated first responders who are working tirelessly for our local communities during this pandemic.
The restaurant group will be giving away free meals as gesture of thanks to any on-duty first responders, from healthcare workers to police officers, and EMTs. Starting this Thursday, April 2, first responders who show their credentials or arrive in uniform will be able to pick up a free meal between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. at Pho Ca Dao & Grill’s outposts in Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Mission Valley, and Mira Mesa. These four locations are also still open for takeout, curbside pickup, and delivery.
The meals, which will rotate daily and offer several different chef’s choice dishes, will be available to 50 first responders every day at least until Thursday, April 16. First responders can show up to each locations or opt to call ahead and have their meal waiting for them when they arrive.
