The Gaslamp’s Métl Bar & Restaurant has been working to feed San Diego’s unemployed hospitality industry workers, including any family members they are also providing for through its Métl Meal Program. Sponsored by donations from liquor brands and other companies, with contributions coming from the community via a GoFundMe page, the program has been providing at least 50 free meals per day; co-owner Jenna Elskamp tell Eater that they will continue to serve as long as they are able.

Open daily from noon to 8 p.m., the eatery is also offering a takeout/curbside pick up and delivery menu of food as well as beer, wine, and cocktails to-go.
