Shake Shack touches down in Little Italy this weekend, with the debut of its newest outpost set for Sunday, April 28 at 11 a.m.; the first 100 in line will also get a free custom Richer Poorer t-shirt. Spanning a substantial 2,680-square-feet at the corner of India and W. Grape, this location boasts an 82-seat, dog-friendly patio and its own parking lot, with 15-minute spaces for customers who pre-order via the Shake Shack app and 1-hour spaces for those dining in. The site formerly held a psychic reading room, and its grandfathered-in, free-standing sign has been transformed into a Shake Shack beacon that towers above the sidewalk.

Open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., the eatery will be offering Shack Shack’s standard menu of burgers, chicken sandwiches, and hot dogs as well as limited edition sous-vide Chick’n Bites, a special Game of Thrones-themed milkshake that will be available until May 19, plus wine and local beer.

Flocke & Avoyer’s Urban Strategies Group represented the landlord and tenant in the lease.
