What: Enclave Adventurous Superfoods F.A.M. (Food As Medicine) Anti-Inflammatory Dinner with chef Lan Thai and chef Stefani De Palma of the Michelin-starred Addison.

Details: Use hot-pots to grill your own meal, incorporating special fermented sauces, marinated meats, adventurous herbs, medicinal mushrooms and more into each dish. From 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., tickets cost $50 each and can be purchased here.

Pastry Pop-Up at Bivouac Ciderworks
What: Pastry pop-up and bake sale with “Dessert Queen” Tina Gamel at Bivouac Ciderworks. Desert and cider pairings includes a pear streusel tart with Albright-pear cider, and baked goodies range from gluten free Turtle Bars, Earl Grey Kouign-amann (Breton cake), and vegan apple cinnamon cookies, among other treats.

San Diego Brew Festival
What: The 10th annual San Diego Brew Festival returns to Liberty Station, promising beer from 70 local and international breweries, food trucks, and live music.
Where: 2455 Cushing Road, San Diego
Details: From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets cost between $45 (general admission) and $60 (early admission) and both include unlimited beer tastings.
Throughout January
Veganuary: Vegan Dining Month
What: Restaurants across San Diego offering special vegan dishes and menus designed to inspire vegan-curious diners and encourage restaurants to offer more vegan options.
Where: Powerhaus Pizza, The Yasai, Del Sur Mexican Cantina, and Triology Sanctuary
Details: A portion of proceeds are being donated to Vegan in San Diego and the international Veganuary organization.
