Recently launched on Mira Mesa Boulevard, Little Sakana will celebrate its official grand opening on Thursday, February 7. Open daily at 11:30 a.m., the 4,000-square-foot eatery serves an all-you-can eat menu at lunch and dinner; diners can eat their fill of specialty sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, appetizers, rice bowls, noodles, and more.

Co-owner Jenna Hu, who also runs the ICMonster dessert shops, tells Eater that they will be giving away coupons for one free sushi roll to tomorrow’s first 100 guests and rolling out a regular schedule of weekly specials. A late night 9 p.m. to midnight happy hour will be offered every Friday, with up to thirty percent off sushi and appetizers and up to half off select drinks. Fridays will also feature a live DJ. Sushi and appetizers will be discounted up to thirty percent all day on Mondays, and all udon purchases will be twenty percent off on Tuesdays. Little Sakana also has signature cocktails and punch bowls made with soju and fruity boba pearls as well as an all-you-can-drink option on house hot sake and Japanese draft beer.
