Rolling since October 2014, the crowd-pleasing Hello Kitty Cafe Truck has made frequent stops in San Diego as part of its regular route of spreading adorableness around the country. Its 2019 tour includes a residence in San Diego with a day-long pop-up scheduled for this Saturday, November 23 at Westfield UTC. The mobile cafe will be parked at the mall near Room&Board from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The all-pink cafe and retail shop will be stocked with lots of limited-edition and exclusive collectibles, including two sets of enamel pins, Hello Kitty Cafe canvas totes, cafe cushions, stainless steel thermal bottles, sprinkle t-shirts, and bow shaped water bottles. Edible treats range from character madeleine sets to giant Hello Kitty Cafe chef cookies, and a cute lunchbox filled with confetti popcorn; while supplies last, customers who spend $25 on food purchases will receive a complimentary Hello Kitty Cafe pink mini-tote bag.
