The new distillery and restaurant in North Park debuted last week with a home for Six One Nine Vodka. Just opened 619 Distillery & Tasting Room at the corner of 30th Street and Lincoln Avenue plans to develop new products at this location, while offering visitors a tasting room, bar, and restaurant. The 4,200-square-foot space houses a custom-made two-column 1,000L still as well as a dog-friendly patio. The bar will features a large cocktail menu built with Six One Nine spirits as well as drinks highlighting Southern California’s craft distillery community.
The company also plans to expand its product line to include cellos, liqueurs, syrups, schrubs, and bitters.
The menu, created to pair with cocktails, includes charcuterie, bone marrow, chicken wings, a rib-eye steak, beef tartar, short rib poutine, mussels with a coconut curry, and hummus.
The venue is open Monday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday from 11 a.m. to midnight.
