With Comic-Con kicking off this Thursday, there are also several off-site “activations” planned for around the city, which are especially great for fans who might not have scored a badge to the convention but still want to be part of the fun. This weekend, FOX is taking over the Mission Valley outpost of Shake Shack in celebration of the 150th episode of its popular animated sitcom “Bob’s Burgers”. The space will be decked out in “Bob’s Burgers” artwork, including a replica of the show’s iconic dining counter, and Shake Shack will be offering a special “Burger of the Day”; called the “Can I have your Slaw-tograph” Burger”, it’s a cheeseburger topped with barbecue pulled pork, jalapeño, pickles, and scallion slaw.

A private event with show’s cast is scheduled for this Friday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., when FOX and Shake Shack will be bussing in Comic-Con badge holders and invited guests, picking up attendees every hour from the SDCC bus stop at Park Boulevard and Imperial Avenue. But anyone can order the “Bob’s Burger” special on Saturday and Sunday.
