Juniper and Ivy’s new bar manager debuts drink menu

Joe Fisketti, who has been with the Little Italy restaurant since late 2016, has been named its new bar manager. He’s released an updated cocktail list, which includes creations made with Italian liqueurs and agave spirits, and will carry on the kitchen’s ethos of seasonal sourcing from the “Left Coast”, meaning Baja all the way to Vancouver. Fisketti’s fresh cocktail additions include The Velvet Unicorn ($14), a vibrantly-colored combo of butterfly tea, Nolets Silver Gin, Velvet Falernum, lemon and orange bitters, and Salt of the Earth ($12), which incorporates Vida Mezcal, tequila, Ancho Reyes, beet juice, lemon, mole bitters, honey and cracked salt.
