85°C Bakery Cafe, the immensely popular bakery chain that first landed in San Diego in 2014, grand opens its fourth San Diego location today, February 23, in Point Loma. Starting at 9 a.m. at the new Loma Square Plaza store, 85°C will feature grand opening day specials including its signature Iced Sea Salt Coffee for just $.10, $3 off coupons, free tote bags with purchase and a free mug with every $20 purchase.

With more than 1,000 locations worldwide, the Asian bakery launched its first US location a decade ago in Irvine, CA, where its original store is currently being renovated. In the San Diego area, 85°C operates branches in Balboa Mesa, Mira Mesa and National City. Each store offers over 40 drinks options, 60 types of fresh bread and 60 styles of pastries that are baked fresh in-house daily. A rep for the company says it’s planning another location in the UTC at 4313 La Jolla Village Drive Suite 2275 that should open by Fall 2018.
