Beer Garden and Restaurant Heading to Del Mar Plaza

Local restaurant development group Social Syndicate (Wonderland Ocean Pub, The Local Pacific Beach, The Local, OB Surf Lodge, The Rabbit Hole and Bootlegger.) has just begun the construction phase on a new coastal North County venue that will be part of Brixton Capital’s ongoing refresh of Del Mar Plaza (1555 Camino Del Mar). The yet-unnamed restaurant is slated to open towards the end of 2019.

Located on the top floor of the plaza, the 5,600 square-foot indoor/outdoor restaurant will have ocean views; a beer garden, placed adjacent to the restaurant, will host live music and entertainment. Offering a “social dining” menu, it’s a collaboration with Tecture Design and Fabrication (Bivouac Ciderworks, Nolita Hall), who is working with Social Syndicate on the new Blue Water Ocean Beach and the transformation of Sunset Plaza in Ocean Beach.
