Eater has the line on an available restaurant space in heart of Solana Beach. 330 Cedros is a new mixed-use development from San Diego-based real estate investment firm RAF Pacifica Group that’s due to be completed by Fall 2019. Part of South Cedros Avenue’s design district, the 26,000-square-foot project includes eight luxury residential rental units and a suite of creative office spaces on an upper level; on the ground floor, there will be a collection of retail spaces anchored by a 3,200-square-foot restaurant space with a patio.

RAF Pacifica Group president Adam Robinson, who is working on several other developments in the coastal North County area including a new hotel/mixed-use project in Leucadia, tells Eater that he’s looking for a restaurant tenant that will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Remarking on the lack of nighttime dining in the Solana Beach areas, he especially wants to focus on concepts with evening offerings; in that vein, there will also be an opportunity for an ice cream shop or related business. Robinson said, “I live in Encinitas and want other great options near my home and office. I’m excited to bring something fun and interesting to the community.”
