The Taco Stand Debuts on 30th Street in North Park

Recently established restaurant group Sh­owa Hospitality is opening The Taco Stand today in North Park. It occupies the former Tacos Perla storefront in the base of mixed-use development the North Parker at the corner of 30^th and Upas and will be the fourth location for the fast casual Tijuana-inspired taco chain. This outpost will feature the same street tacos based on made-to-order corn tortillas along with other menu items, like tacos al pastor, and will also offer several beers on tap.

Showa Hospitality’s other restaurants include Himitsu and Pizza on Pearl in La Jolla, Hiden in Miami, a handful of restaurants in Mexico City and other Taco Stand locations in La Jolla, downtown San Diego and Encinitas. The Taco Stand will open another location in Miami, Florida later this month, followed by an outpost in Orange County slated for Summer 2018.
