Juniper & Ivy Relaunches Chef’s Counter Tasting Menus

Plus, PB Fish Shop’s crawfish boil & Pappalecco Little Italy’s anniversary offer

LITTLE ITALY— After a hiatus, Juniper & Ivy will reintroduce its weekly Chef’s Counter Tasting Menu this Thursday, March 23. Available every Thursday night from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the eight coveted seats that peer into the kitchen, the eight course dinners will provide curious and open-minded diners with an unparalleled view of executive chef Anthony Wells and the restaurant’s culinary team at work creating the on and off-menu seasonal dishes that will make up the ever-changing tasting menu. PACIFIC BEACH— On select Tuesdays through June, Pacific Beach Fish Shop will offer a special menu item, a meal-sized Cajun boil featuring live Louisiana crawfish, corn on the cob, red potatoes and spicy Andouille sausage. LITTLE ITALY— Pappalecco’s flagship cafe location in Little Italy location is celebrating its tenth anniversary this next month; to commemorate the event, Francesco and Lorenzo Bucci, the brothers behind the Tuscan-inspired eatery, will release a limited edition licorice-marshmallow gelato that will be available during the month of April. The owners will also be featuring special Pappalecco coffee sleeves at the Little Italy cafe, which customers can pass along, “pay it forward”-style, to a friend to turn in for a free coffee between April 24 and 30.
