Whisknladle Celebrates Nine Years This Wednesday

LA JOLLA— Artisan mainstay Whisknladle is celebrating a milestone ninth anniversary with a one-night-only dish that will be offered on the menu this Wednesday, February 8. The farm-to-table practitioners will be roasting a whole goat procured from a local farm and transforming it into hunter’s style stew inspired by a dish that chef Vince Schofield tried in Italy, complementing the dish with turnips and other seasonal fresh vegetables.
