CORONADO— Renowned winemaker Greg Brewer, co-founder of the Central Coast’s highly-regarded Brewer-Clifton Winery, is coming to town on Tuesday, January 24 for a special dinner at Stake Chophouse & Bar. Collaborating with the restaurant’s executive chef Tim Kolanko and beverage director Greg Majors, Brewer will be presenting four of his wines — award-winning chardonnay and pinot noir — to pair with a multi-course menu that includes chilled shrimp and king crab, Nantucket Bay scallops, and filet mignon.
