The Cravory Expands Gourmet Cookie Shop to Carlsbad

Founded in 2009, gourmet cookie concept The Cravory made its name through farmers' markets and online sales before opening its first brick-and-mortar in Point Loma back in 2014. Today, the company debuts its second storefront in Carlsbad's Bressi Ranch Village Center; at 1,300-square-feet, the shop is almost four times bigger than the original location and features indoor and outdoor seating.

Known for its unique cookie flavors — the archives hold more than 3,500 variations — The Cravory Cookies store will stock 26 daily cookie flavors ranging from Birthday Cake to Red Velvet and Chocolate Truffle; there are also six new flavors created monthly. Beverages will range from flavored milks, including Taro, Nutella and Caramel, to an array of coffee drinks made with beans from Little Italy's James Coffee Co. To commemorate the launch of the Carlsbad shop, which is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m., The Cravory Cookies is giving away one free cookie per person today and tomorrow, while supplies last.
