NORTH PARK— Tacos Perla continues its "Guest Taco Night" series on Wednesday, July 27 by welcoming chef Krista Velasco from Ensenada's Cervecería Wendlandt, who will apply her Danish-Mexican heritage to a menu of limited edition tacos that will start at $3.95 each.
