NORTH PARK— Tacos Perla continues its "Guest Taco Night" series on Wednesday, July 27 by welcoming chef Krista Velasco from Ensenada's Cervecería Wendlandt, who will apply her Danish-Mexican heritage to a menu of limited edition tacos that will start at $3.95 each. RANCHO BERNARDO— Urge Gastropub is organizing a weekend-long event to celebrate its sixth anniversary. From 11:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. on July 29, 30 and 31, the eatery will offer food specials, giveaways, live music and collaboration beers on tap from AleSmith, Pure Project, Toolbox and more. There will also be a raffle for rare and exclusive beer bottles, including AleSmith/Mason Ale Works’ Velvet Speedway Stout Bottle No. 1, The Bruery Black Tuesday 2012 bottle and a Firestone Parabola 2016; proceeds from the beer bottle raffle will be donated to the Escondido Humane Society.
