New Eatery Focusing on Northern Chinese Noodles & Dumplings

Readers have been asking us to sleuth out what kind of eatery would be replacing the Goldfish World tropical fish store on Convoy Street. New signage on space says it'll be called Great Wow Restaurant and sources say that it will specialize in Northern Chinese cuisine.

We're hearing that the restaurant's owners brought their chef over from Beijing and that the menu will primarily focus on noodles, dumplings and buns, plus a variety of cold dishes. With a modern space that holds mostly communal tables for dining, Great Wow is scheduled to open by the end of the month.
