With locations in Kearny Mesa, Hillcrest and the East Village, and another in the works for Adams Avenue, Tajima has taken its ramen show to Tijuana, where it recently opened a 500-square-foot eatery in the Plaza Rio Food Garden, a grand food court in the Zona Rio neighborhood that's home to a variety of eateries, including chef-driven offerings from Javier Plascencia and Martin San Roman.
