Though Little Italy is undoubtedly the dining neighborhood to watch in San Diego, it is not always a sure thing. Newly listed for sale is Entrada, which opened on India Street just a little over six months ago.
Spanning a massive 7,500-square-foot space that was formerly Spaghetteria, the taco-centric eatery was renovated last year by Mike Viscuso, a well-known nightlife operator who once ran an Asian-inspired club/restaurant at the same location. Entrada also includes a speakeasy-like cocktail bar concept at the back of the restaurant which has been host to late night live entertainment — a feature that garnered complaints from adjacent tenants.
Bill Shrader, David Maxwell, and Serena Patterson of Colliers International's Urban Property Group are handling the saleof the turn-key space, which is on offer for $2.5M and includes a full liquor license and 14-plus year lease.
