Fresh from its recent grand redesign Escondido’s beloved eatery will be offering a special Father’s Day menu Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18 from 3 p.m. until close. Treat dad to dishes including deviled eggs with pork belly, short rib and Mexican prawns, and a rack of veal with pomme puree and green peppercorn sauce. Liberty Station’s new luxury cinema, restaurant and bar complex will be serving up a brunch buffet and decadent dessert station for dad this Sunday. THE LOT's Father's Day brunch will include a cold and hot buffet with traditional breakfast specialties, plus house-made pastries and desserts from in-house pastry chef Alejandra Pitashny.
