LA JOLLA— Galaxy Taco will pause their wildly popular Tuesday Taco Takeovers after Tuesday, May 24. Guest chef Isabel Cruz (Isabel’s Cantina and Coffee Cup Cafe) closes the series tomorrow, offering a trio of tacos that will be available starting at 5 p.m. The modern Mexican eatery will resume taco Tuesday in the fall — The Marine Room's Bernard Guillas is scheduled to take on tacos on September 6.
