The Star of India combines Old Harbor Navy Strength rum with gin, aloe liqueur, yellow chartreuse, glogg and housemade Buddha’s Hand bitters while the SS Monte Carlo mixes Henebery whiskey with port, dry vermouth, Crème Yvette, coriander blossom, mascarpone cheese and blueberry. And pina colada fans might like the East Indie Fizz, a blend of Carta Blanca rum, coconut, micro cilantro, pistachio and lime. [EaterWire]
