In 2004, he was awarded "Chef of the Year" by Chef Magazine. Chef Bernard’s Instagram feed is a medley of beautifully plated dishes, punctuated with playful highlights including the release of his little friend, and unexpected restaurant visitor, baby sea lion Marina.
