LA JOLLA— George's at the Cove recently revamped its mid-level bar, now dubbed Level2, giving it new modern design and an updated cocktail menu that focuses on innovative craft cocktails. On Monday, April 25, Level2 will host its first Craft at the Cove event, a new series that will pair up guest bartenders with a featured spirit. First up is The Hake Kitchen & Bar's Joan Villanueva, who will be mixing up a variety of drinks with Campari and related spirits from 7 to 10 p.m.; $8 cocktails will be available along with an array of complimentary small bites.
