MIRA MESA/POWAY— Green Flash Brewing Co. is now sponsoring a handy dandy free shuttle between its two tasting rooms — the main production brewery in Mira Mesa and its newer Cellar 3 facility in Poway. THE HEADQUARTERS— Four local eateries with great bar programs — Puesto, Kettner Exchange, The Patio on Goldfinch and Madison on Park — have each created a special infusion using La Niña del Mezcal (from toasted coconut and pineapple to corn and cumin) for a limited time cocktail to be served at each bar starting April 1. ENCINITAS— Spanish wine will be in the spotlight at Solace & the Moonlight Lounge on Monday, April 11 when Ontanon Wines are featured at a four-course Rioja dinner that includes a welcome reception. If you can't make that date, chef-owner Matt Gordon will be replicating his menu, which includes smoked duck meatball and roasted lamb, and the wine pairings on Tuesday, April 12 at Urban Solace in North Park.
