BANKERS HILL— BANKERS HILL Bar + Restaurant co-proprietor and executive chef Carl Schroeder has announced that longtime chef de cuisine Ted Smith has moved on from his position at the 4th Avenue restaurant. Smith, who previously worked at sister restaurant MARKET Restaurant + Bar, has been replaced by Tyler Nollenberger, who has been cooking alongside Schroeder in his Del Mar kitchen for five years and will continue to collaborate with the three-time James Beard Awards-nominated chef.
