LITTLE ITALY— Celeb chef Brian Malarkey and business partner Chris Puffer have revealed key team players for their new Kettner Boulevard project, Herb & Wood, which is now scheduled to open in April. Longtime chef collaborator Shane McIntyre will co-lead the kitchen with Malarkey with Adrian Mendoza (Spago) on board as executive pastry chef.
