DOWNTOWN— Dobson’s Bar & Restaurant has a wine dinner featuring Napa Valley's acclaimed Rudd Oakville Estate scheduled for Tuesday, March 22 at 6:30 p.m. Executive chef Martin San Roman will cook up a five-course meal, which includes foie gras paired with Rudd sparkling wine and Colorado rack of lamb with wild cherry sauce on apple confit matched with 2012 Rudd Samantha’s Cabernet.
