EAST VILLAGE— Bottega Americano just launched a new menu of hot breakfast dishes now being served between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. that ranges from breakfast wraps and bowls to an egg scramble with pesto, roasted tomatoes and burrata to egg-topped avocado toast and a cheddar biscuit sandwich that comes an egg and the option of prosciutto cotto, sausage, bacon or fried chicken.
