ENCINITAS— Our local culinary and brewing communities are partnering up for Pairings With a Purpose, a fundraiser for Feeding America San Diego that will be held at the Bobby Riggs Tennis Club on Saturday, April 16 from 1 to 5 p.m. Chefs from participating restaurants including The Lodge at Torrey Pines, Tidal, Jsix, Azuki Sushi and Puesto will be serving up bites while craft breweries ranging from Monkey Paw Second Chance and Bitter Brothers will be offering tastes of beer. LITTLE ITALY— Busalacchi Restaurants has set a closing day, Sunday February 28, for their India Street eatery Po Pazzo Bar and Grille. Until then, the restaurant will be serving up its old school menu of traditional Italian dishes and offering live music during the weekend.
