A new neighborhood dining and drinking hub is gearing up for a Summer 2016 debut in downtown Carlsbad. Park 101's partners include Pete Cich (Duck Dive and the incoming Miss B's) and the project will span a 8,000-square-feet space on Carlsbad Boulevard, which will be shared by multiple food and drink concepts.

In front, the Park 101 Garden Pub will be an indoor/outdoor beer and wine center stocked with up to 32 taps. Adjacent to the patio is El Corral Deli & Dough, named for the pottery shop that formerly occupied the spot for 60-plus years; via an express window accessible from the street, El Corral will feature grab-n-go deli eats, hot sandwiches, coffee drinks, fresh juices, ice cream sandwiches and doughnuts. Just behind the deli is Park 101 Barbecue, which will offer a meat-centric menu with counter-style service. And upstairs, the Park 101 Tamarack View Deck will be a rooftop lounge with a beer and wine counter serving gourmet snacks and views of Carlsbad Village.
