Common Theory's Epic Beer Dinner & Marina Kitchen's New Tasting Bar

KEARNY MESA— Brew-centric Common Theory Public House is going big — really big — for its inaugural beer pairing dinner, scheduled for Monday, January 25 at 6 p.m. The eatery has signed up nine marquee chefs, including NINE-TEN's Jason Knibb, Juniper & Ivy's Anthony Wells, Galaxy Taco's Christine Rivera, Ironside's Jojo Ruiz, George's at the Cove's Jonathan Bautista and more, to share the kitchen with Common Theory's Robert Villicano and prepare a bound-to-be-epic nine course dinner featuring the creations of AleSmith Brewing Company. Tickets are $100.
