RANCHO SANTA FE— French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty formerly of Bellamy's in Escondido will lead a new premier restaurant concept in Rancho Santa Fe Village. The Grand Restaurant Group signed a seven year lease on the 5,808-square foot former Delicias space, which is set to be named Ponsaty's in honor of the famed chef and is slated for a June opening.
