Flower Child Bringing Fast-Casual Health Food to Flower Hill Promenade

We got word on what will replace Sea & Smoke in Flower Hill Promenade; the appropriately-titled Flower Child is headed for the space. Part of industry leader Sam Fox's Arizona-based Fox Restaurant Concepts empire, which includes True Food Kitchen among its 15 concepts, Flower Child is another entry in the fast-casual health food marketplace, with a menu that ranges from build-your-own plates to sandwiches, salads and wraps using organic, sustainable and GMO-free ingredients. Desserts are dairy and gluten-free.

There are currently three Flower Child locations in Arizona, with outposts coming soon to Santa Monica and Austin. Fox Restaurant Concepts will be redesigning the space, though there's no word yet on an opening timeline. UPDATE: a rep for the restaurant says it should launch in Flower Hill by late 2016.
