Labor Day Brunch; Antinori Wine Dinner at Solare

GASLAMP— Downtown's Searsucker is offering a Monday holiday edition of brunch in honor of Labor Day. Their weekend brunch menu, featuring $20 bottomless mimosas, will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on September 7. [EaterWire]

LIBERTY STATION— Solare Ristorante is showcasing the wines of Marchesi Antinori, one of Italy's oldest and most respected wine houses, at a dinner scheduled for Wednesday, September 30 that will start with a reception at 6:15 p.m. and follow with a five-course dinner prepared by executive chef Accursio Lota; Antinori specialist Alessia Botturi will be on hand to talk about the six wines being poured.
