First founded in Los Angeles in 2010 by childhood friends Hayden Slater, Hedi Gores and Carly de Castro, Pressed Juicery has grown to over 30 locations throughout California and Nevada. This weekend, the company will soft open its first San Diego location, which will operate from 8 a.m. to 10 pm. in Westfield UTC; a grand opening is scheduled for September 19.

The 128-square-foot shop will serve its signature non-GMO cold-pressed juices, plus cold-pressed coffee, specialty waters and grab-and-go snacks. Expect a flood of additional juice bars; Hayden Slater, CEO & co-founder says, "Pressed is continuing its rapid expansion in CA and beyond and we see the San Diego market as a great fit for the Pressed Juicery lifestyle. As a result, we are actively looking at a number of locations to potentially increase our presence in the city.”
