LA-based Lemonade splashed down its second San Diego location this week in Westfield UTC; the fast-casual chain's first local outpost opened in Hillcrest earlier this month.
With a cafeteria-style showcase for its seasonal menu of scratch-made salads, sandwiches, seafood, braised meats, flatbreads and desserts, plus their signature lemonade variations, the UTC version of the popular eatery has a 74-seat dining room with custom artwork depicting the Coronado Bridge and a 48-seat outdoor patio shaded by 8' umbrella pods. There's also a dramatic 14 x 14' living wall, planted with succulents.
