Seafood Class at True Food Kitchen; Bellamy's Chef in Baja

FASHION VALLEY— True Food Kitchen will launch a new series of educational cooking classes, each based on a different theme and featuring a local community partner, on Wednesday, July 15 with a session centered around sustainable seafood in collaboration with Santa Monica Seafood and guest chef Paddy Glennon. VALLE DE GUADALUPE— French Master Chef Patrick Ponsaty of Escondido's Bellamy's Restaurant is headed south on Saturday, July 11 to join chef Ryan Steyn at Steyn's outdoor restaurant El Jardín in the Valle de Guadalupe for an eight-course dinner dubbed "A French night in Baja".
