We're hearing that Addison wine director Elizabeth Huettinger has departed the acclaimed restaurant. One of only a few Advanced Sommeliers working locally, Huettinger moved to San Diego in 2013 from Los Angeles, where she was the assistant wine director at the world-famed Spago in Beverly Hills. During her tenure at Addison, the wine program earned consecutive nominations from the James Beard Foundation's Restaurant and Chef Awards.

Addison is the signature fine dining restaurant of The Grand Del Mar, which changed hands last month and became a Fairmont Hotels & Resorts property. Addison executive chef William Bradley confirmed Huettinger's departure and says that a national search is being conducted for her replacement.
