NORMAL HEIGHTS— Polite Provisions' Erick Castro is kicking off the next edition of Spirit Society, his cocktail education series, on Monday, June 22 at 6 p.m. with Cocktail 101, a two hour class on cocktail basics that includes three cocktails and hands-on instruction on how to make them.
