Heaven Sent Desserts, which opened nine years ago in North Park, has shuttered to move into a new location.
Heaven Sent, which appeared on the Food Network show "Duff Till Dawn" in February, was rumored to be slotting into the Claire de Lune space but according to Facebook, the bakery is moving into a storefront just two doors down from its current corner spot.
A reopening is scheduled for July at 3011 University Avenue in the site of the former Ms Vintage clothing store, which shuttered at the end of May. Heaven Sent is creating new desserts and drinks while remodeling the new space, and still taking custom cake orders.
